I am team Launch Gala 2018. The event will raise money for the school so we can convince them to pay for it. We sell tickets to go to the venue and create other stuff to auction (Eg. engraved bricks) to raise money. We get a venue and invite faculty, certain students, and alumni. We somehow figure out how to divide the room up so everyone has their “station”. We divide the guests into groups and have them rotate to each persons station. Each student decides what they do at their station: an activity, play a video, do a classic presentaiton, ect. The guest wouldn’t be able to visit all students but a majority.
Another idea is to do regular launch day but have every thesis student have their own stations and do whatever they want at them (like in the idea above).
